一、个人简介:
陈志扬,博士,预聘助理教授,硕士生导师。出生于1993年。
主要研究方向为雷达低空目标识别、合成孔径雷达。入选中国电子学会青年人才托举工程,近五年承担国家自然科学青年基金(C类)、中国博士后科学基金面上项目、山东省重点研发计划课题、新疆重点研发计划子课题、某全国重点实验室基金等8项国家及省部级项目。获中国卫星导航定位协会优秀博士学位论文、“雷达未来之星”称号。担任IET 2023/2025、IEEE ICSIDP 2024、IEEE ICCSSE 2024等国际会议分会主席。担任IEEE JSTARS等期刊客座编辑。发表学术论文40余篇,授权/受理发明专利30余项,4次荣获国际学术大会最佳/优秀论文奖。完稿专著一部(排3,待出版),并获国防科技图书出版基金资助。指导学生获挑战杯“揭榜挂帅”全国二等奖。

四、研究方向:
雷达低空目标识别、合成孔径雷达
五、研究概况:
在雷达低空目标识别方面,提出基于微动特征的低空目标探测识别方法框架,所提方法应用于反无雷达,虚警率下降2个数量级,大幅改善雷达性能。在合成孔径雷达(SAR)方面,以我国自主研制的 LT-1 为照射源,完成了星地双基 SAR 的同步成像、干涉、差分干涉、三维成像等系列实验,突破了星地双基 SAR 非合作同步成像、多基线干涉测量、高精度二维形变反演、高精度三维成像等关键技术。
